Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST will be processed the same day; orders after will be processed the next business day.

  • In peak seasons or during high order volume, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship nationwide across India, covering all PIN codes.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Non-covered regions will be noted at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Domestic (India Post / Courier): 4–7 business days.

  • Express Domestic (Blue Dart / DHL / FedEx): 1–3 business days.

  • Standard International: 10–20 business days.

  • Express International: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude customs or delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic India

    • Standard: ₹50 flat (free over ₹500).

    • Express: ₹150 flat (free over ₹1,000).

  • International

    • Rates calculated by weight and destination; displayed at checkout.

    • Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions when available.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number & link will be sent via email/SMS once your order ships.

  • You can monitor your shipment via the courier’s website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country.

  • These are not included in our prices—customers are responsible for any additional charges.

  • We encourage you to check local regulations before ordering.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote military installations.

  • Some products (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based items) may be restricted in certain regions. Restricted items will be flagged at checkout or may incur additional handling delay/refund.

8. Missed Deliveries, Address Errors & Returns

  • If delivery is missed, the courier typically attempts a second delivery or holds the package at a local depot—please check tracking for updates.

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in returns, in which case reshipment charges may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect address are subject to additional shipping fees to resend them.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is lost or damaged, contact us at support@futianbeauty.com within 48 hours of expected delivery, including order number and photos if damaged.

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the carrier’s resolution.
