Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Futian Beauty. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product (within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Expired product

  • Incomplete shipment

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used beauty products, opened skincare items, or cosmetics unless they are damaged or defective.


2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


3. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@futianbeauty.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the product (if damaged, expired, or incorrect)

We will get back within 24–48 business hours with instructions.


4. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must be eligible under our returnable list.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we will request your UPI or bank details for refund processing.

  • You will be notified via email when the refund has been initiated.


6. Replacements

Approved Replacement/exchange products will be delivered within 7 business days.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal hygiene products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


8. Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind): Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.


9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—you may follow the return process after delivery.
